Let's debunk the myth that therapy has to be doom and gloom. In fact, I want you to genuinely look forward to our therapy sessions together. As a clinical psychologist, my focus is on creating an environment where you feel at ease sharing the highs, lows, and everything in between. Together, we will connect dots you may not have realised
Let's debunk the myth that therapy has to be doom and gloom. In fact, I want you to genuinely look forward to our therapy sessions together. As a clinical psychologist, my focus is on creating an environment where you feel at ease sharing the highs, lows, and everything in between. Together, we will connect dots you may not have realised were there, all with the aim of sparking positive behavioural changes in your life.
About me
I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). I completed 6 years of training, including an undergraduate and Honours in Psychology at the University of Sydney (First Class) and a Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology (with High Distinction).
I work with clients across a range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, low self esteem, stress and burnout, attachment and relationship difficulties, procrastination, emotion regulation difficulties, perfectionism and navigating life changes.
Treatment approach
I draw from a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Schema Therapy.
Availability: I work on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so I aim to make it as comfortable and approachable as possible. You’re welcome to come in, take your time, and just be yourself. I’m committed to meeting you where you’re at and working together to create meaningful change in the areas of your life that matter most to you. I love helping people

I’m committed to meeting you where you’re at and working together to create meaningful change in the areas of your life that matter most to you. I love helping people understand their patterns; how they’ve developed, how they might be showing up in your life now, and how we can work together to create genuine and lasting change.
About me
I am a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar with AHPRA. I completed six years of training, including a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Macquarie University (First Class) and a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney (with High Distinction).
I currently also work at headspace, a national youth mental health service supporting young people aged 12–25 with mental health, physical health, and psychosocial needs. In addition, I have experience working at South Pacific Private Hospital, where I supported individuals presenting with complex mental health concerns within an inpatient setting, including addiction and mood disorders.
I see clients aged 16 years and above, and have a particular interest in supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, perfectionism, emotion dysregulation, relationship difficulties, and OCD.
Treatment approach
I believe therapy is most effective when it feels collaborative, safe, and tailored to the individual. I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where we can make sense of your experiences and develop practical strategies for change.
My approach is evidence-based and draws from a range of therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and schema-informed approaches.
Availability: I work on Mondays and Wednesdays.
