As a clinical psychologist, my focus is on creating an environment where you feel at ease sharing the highs, lows, and everything in between. Together, we will connect dots you may not have realised were there, all with the aim of sparking positive behavioural changes in your life.
I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). I completed 6 years of training, including an undergraduate and Honours in Psychology at the University of Sydney (First Class) and a Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology (with High Distinction).
I work with clients across a range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, low self esteem, stress and burnout, attachment and relationship difficulties, procrastination, emotion regulation difficulties, perfectionism and navigating life changes.
I firmly believe that every client is unique and deserves a treatment plan crafted just for them. Together, we'll collaborate closely to develop a personalised plan that perfectly matches your individual needs, goals, and preferences. Our therapy sessions will be guided by this plan.
I draw from a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Schema Therapy.
